Located in Benalmadena Costa, only a 20 minute drive from Malaga Airport, you will find the newly constructed resort, Mediterra. This penthouse apartment is centrally located by the pool area. With a fantastic view of the golf course, Torrequebrada, the Mediterranean, and the mountains, Sierra de Mijas. There are many attractions nearby, including the old village Benalmadena Pueblo (3 km), Golf Torrequebrada (~600 m). You will also find other great amenities such as the beach, shopping, restaurants, and the well-known marina Benalmadena within a few minutes' drive from the apartment.

The luxuriously decorated apartment is a total of 90 sqm with a 23 sqm covered terrace. It is furnished with high-quality furniture and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen, and a large living room. The master bathroom has a relaxing jacuzzi. The terrace is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. There is one additional bed available to accommodate up to five people. Central air-conditioning and heat ensure a pleasant stay.
There is a large pool area with sun loungers, three connected swimming pools with a waterfall, and a children's pool (please note that not all pools are open year-round). There is a lifeguard present during the summer season. Guests also have access to a large fitness room and changing area.
